Every 3 minutes, an American is diagnosed with blood cancer. Only 30% of them will find a donor match in their family and the rest must rely on the kindness of strangers.
You can match with anyone, but it’s more likely to happen with someone of a similar ethnic background.
75% of the national bone marrow registry is White. That means if you are not White, have blood cancer or another blood disorder (like sickle cell anemia - which is 99% curable with a transplant!), and need a bone marrow transplant, it can be really hard to find a match.
YOU CAN CHANGE THAT.

It costs $65 to process each donor on the registry.
Every gift we receive goes to growing the donor registry by covering that processing fee.DONATE
