Rosalind Franklin University is hosting a bone marrow drive this semester to give students and faculty the opportunity to register as potential bone marrow donors. There are currently more than 13,000 patients with blood cancers and blood diseases searching for a bone marrow transplant. Unfortunately, more than half will never receive one due to lack of donors on the registry. Rosalind Franklin University wants to help these patients beat the odds. Registering as a potential donor simply involves filling out a form and swabbing the inside of the cheek. Please stop by the table to get some more information and find out how you could be a life-saving match to a patient in need!
